fail ventures is a really unique venture studio. We believe in embracing failure as you are trying to find success. If you never try, you’ll never know!

I didn’t set out to become a venture builder. I didn’t even know it was a thing; I have a couple of law degrees so I always assumed that I would take a more conventional path – but, as it turns out, venture building is my dream job. There are days I have to pinch myself because I can’t believe how lucky I am!
I really, really admire my colleagues. I’ve had the unbelievable opportunity to work alongside wickedly smart people who put the hustle in hustle culture and have pushed me to become better as well.

Apart from the stellar team, what differentiates fail ventures is our speed of execution. We really believe in moving fast and working hard; if you can do those two things you can get so much done.

Constant redevelopment of the self is something that I’m passionate about. Being stagnant is the root to a lot of unhappiness; but progressing and growing is fundamentally hard. There’s a lot of uncomfortableness with growth that you just have to embrace. As a team, we’re constantly discussing tools and frameworks to improve in achieving goals across all spectrums of our life.

My bookshop will be opening its doors by 2032. My love affair with books started at a very young age – for me, bookshops were never just places to buy books, but a gateway for me to venture into different worlds. Bookshops provide a nurturing space for the curious; and I think to be constantly curious is a wonderful thing to be!
